Yes to all of this!

People laugh at me because I’m always so happy and optimistic but I have my down days too. I deal with them privately and release them.

I was watching a YouTube video the other day and she put something into perspective. She says, when you have a negative thought catch yourself and ask yourself what am I manifesting right now? More negative stuff!
