Wow!! I hope you didn’t read all that nonsense in the news? It’s all so false, kinda. Guatemala city has high gang related crimes, violence, drug trafficking etc. I live in a tiny town about 3 hours away and it’s nothing but beauty happiness and love here :)

Yes there is corruption, yes there is poverty, yes there are murders (mostly domestic violence murders). No country is 100% safe from any of that.

All in all, this is the safest most beautiful place I have ever lived in my entire life.
