Will Smith is What’s Wrong With the World Today

Violence is not the answer

I was absolutely appalled at Will’s behaviour at the Oscar’s. So many people think this was an amazing act of chivalry — defending your wife.

I get that whole chivalry thing but wait… did you have to smack him and then yell obscenities at him?

I dunno man. I think his reaction was disgusting, immature and borderline bullying.

Chris made a joke, one in slightly poor taste but, um, he’s a comedian. That’s what they do sometimes.

Was there no other more diplomatic way to handle this?

But wait. Do you think maybe some kids may have been watching this show with their parents? You know. Teenagers?

And they see one of their favourite actors resort to violence and swearing over a joke?

Wow.

Good way to set an example Will.

“If someone says something you don’t like you smack that bitch and yell at her and make sure to swear too”.

Well… that’s effective.

Oh but wait again. He got away with this and then won an Oscar. Well yay you. Look at that. You can hit and swear at someone and STILL get a reward.

Outstanding.

And people wonder why there is so much anger, hate, bullying and violence in the world.

This is what’s wrong with the world today.
