Why I’m Done Writing For a Living

Sticking my face in front of a camera is more fun and less stressful.

I started blogging in 2012 and had no clue what I was doing. I had all this creative energy trapped inside me and needed to regurgitate it somewhere.

So, I did what every ambitious person with super high hopes does. I started a website.

My first website was a Feng Shui site. After taking a course to become a certified Feng Shui Practitioner, I was determined to convince the whole world they need FS in their lives and if they trusted me, I would change their entire existence.

Well, that didn’t work out so well for me.

At that same time, I was going through an ugly separation. After 8 years of emotional abuse, I was finally packing my shit and leaving, with nothing but the clothes on my back, my car, and a 12-year-old canary.

I turned my Feng Shui website into a self-help one and poured out my heart and soul, still not knowing anything about blogging.
