10 Cringey Thingies Not to Do On a First Date

I call them cringey thingies because this morning I simply can’t find the word I’m looking for. More coffee may be required but I’m gonna try and finish this on the 2 cups I’ve already had.

So when I say ‘cringey thingies’ what I’m trying to say is things that men do on a first date that drive me bat shit crazy. Like if they do any of these thingies chances are there probably won’t be a second date

Now before I go on you should know a couple of pretty important things:

1. I’m over 50, and

2. I have high standards

Now the second point is pretty important simply for the fact that I never used to have high standards. You got a pulse, your body parts work, you have some cerebral activity? Great, let’s date.

It’s not like that anymore. While having a pulse and brain power is still pretty important, these days I’m looking for a little more than that. I’ve set the bar a little higher. Go Iva!!
