This was really interesting Jerome! I have a few questions if I may. A friend of mine is trying to convince me to do intermittent fasting ( and I think you wrote about that too but I could be wrong) My problem is that I’m small, skinny almost and eat all the time. I’m hungry every two hours. I try to eat only healthy things for the most part and rarely eat junk though every now and then I do treat myself. :)
So for someone who doesn’t necessarily need or want to lose weight is skipping breakfast a good idea? Should I be reducing meals? It makes me leery.
