Who says aging sucks? Well, I may have in another article. I take it back.

I write a lot of ‘trash talk’ about getting old. Part of me hates it; the other part thinks it’s pretty amazing, albeit a tad scary.

60 snuck up on me pretty fast, and I wasn’t ready for it. I may have cried. There are things going on with my body that I find unacceptable. You can read about those things here:

I turned 62 this year, and it took me an awful long time to come to terms with aging. For the most part, I hated it, didn’t want to talk about it, and thought my life was over.

It wasn’t until the last 6 months or so that I’ve come to realize that aging ain’t so bad after all.

I mean, I’m still not so keen on my petunia being the Sahara Desert and why it’s so hard to date, but other than that, I’m pretty cool with it.
