I’ll start with some history.
My sister
She was always my favourite sister. When I needed her, she was there for me, no questions asked, my entire life. Well, up until a few years ago. You can read more about that here.
Anyway, after two failed marriages, she found this guy. An ex-con, arrogant, and manipulative. We couldn’t figure out what in the world she was doing with him or what she saw in him.
She’s a beautiful, relatively intelligent woman. What is she thinking?
We were sure it was just a phase, and she’d dump him soon enough.
I don’t remember how long they had been together for when she announced they were getting married.
