People ask me that all this all the time "how can you believe in God when there's so much tragedy and violence, etc". I honestly have no answer but this...

God didn't cause tragedy and violence and death etc, we did. We are responsible for crimes of hate, we are responsible for a lot of ugly things that happen in the world. I get that we aren't responsible for kids with cancer and moms who are killed by drunk drivers. I get all that, I have no answer for that. I just believe because it gives me hope and helps me navigate each day with love and faith.

Is there a right or wrong answer to this? I don't know.
