Excellent article Thomas :) Gratitude is key to a happier more fulfilled life. I think this piece is really helpful for those who aren’t sure what true mindfulness is. I struggled with this for a long time. I was one of those who thought I had to meditate for 30 minutes to be “mindful”. I was relieved to find out this wasn’t so! Thanx for this.
