AITA? She Wanted an Honest Opinion, So I Gave Her One

Maybe I should just shut my mouth and mind my own business. Maybe I should just scroll past all those posts where women are desperately seeking attention.

I normally do. But not this time. She wanted ‘thoughts and opinions,’ and I delivered.

Part of me feels really bad, but another part says, “Well, you fucking asked for honesty.” Was I supposed to lie?

Women are complicated. I give up.

Why do women do this?

If you don’t really want an honest answer, then don’t ask the questions. If you want us to lie, please be clear. You could say something like this:

“Hey girls, I am thinking about buying this dress but I have crazy self esteem and body image issues so I’m not sure if I should…what do you think? Oh and before you answer that please understand I am currently only looking for and accepting flattering comments. All honest…
