A Fellow Writer Was Bashed on Medium

And the comments on the article are horrifying

This isn’t something I normally do. Write about other writers. I generally tend to mind my own business and and brush off ignorance. But I couldn’t let this one go. I am absolutely mortified and disgusted.

A clickbait title here caught my eye. I had to check out the story. It was so wrong in so many ways, I actually reported it.

Before I go on, I won’t link that story here. I will not make any moves in order to get more eyes on that story so she can make more money from it. Fuck that! I also won’t mention who it was though it seemed to be a pretty popular story so I’m sure many of you have already read it.

If not, you don’t need to. It’s despicable.

I can’t even wrap my head around how a writer would bash another writer. She went so far as to write ‘dickhead’ in the title. I clicked it for a couple of reasons.

1. I was curious to know who the heck she was talking about. I had my suspicions but in my head I was thinking “she can’t possibly be talking about him”!! and,
2. I was really hoping that it was just going to be a fun silly story.
